Roark & Jocey both attended the University of Arizona in Tucson. They didn't know each other but maybe saw each other around campus. Roark worked right across from Jocey's job!

Jocey's friend Aidan Murray reached out to her. "Come to our shooting event in Phoenix my friend Roark is organizing it, here's his phone #". Jocey agreed to go and reached out to Roark. Roark: "Hey I'm sorry but I ripped my pants and the range is closed.. I'm bad at planning this!" Jocey: "So what happens next?" Roark: "We'll change our range to Shooter's World". That's when Jocey and Roark met eachother for the first time.

Roark invited Jocey along with other friends to attend Mobilize 2020. An event from a student organization taking place in Dallas, Texas. Jocey agreed to go!

Roark & Jocey headed to Dallas and when they got there they found out Mobilize 2020 got canceled. They decided to make the most out of their trip so they called up their friend Ian Henderson who accompanied them to visit the Dallas Zoo, BBQ restaurants, and explore downtown Dallas

Roark asked Jocey to be his girlfriend after using the line "So... will you kiss me today or tomorrow?"

Roark & Jocey celebrated their 1st year anniversary together.

On a planned trip to Montana, Roark proposed to Jocey at Glacier National Park. She said YES!

Roark & Jocey celebrated 2 years being together as a couple and have started their wedding planning!
