WILL THERE BE PARKING AT THE VENUE?

Yes there will be plenty of parking spaces at our wedding venue. Our wedding venue is gated and will have security present at all times.

WILL THERE BE AN OPEN BAR?

Yes we'll have an open bar and offer a variety of alcoholic drinks (cocktails and beers). Please make sure to bring an ID since the bartender is required to card you before handing out drinks.

IS THERE A DRESS CODE?

The dress code is formal attire. Please refrain from wearing white. White is reserved for flower girls and the bride only. Also, please refrain from wearing forest green/emerald green. These colors are reserved for bridesmaids only.

WHERE AND WHEN IS THE RECEPTION TAKING PLACE AT?

The wedding reception is taking place at the address found in the clear acrylic invitation and will begin at 5pm

WHERE AND WHEN IS THE CEREMONY TAKING PLACE AT?

The wedding ceremony is taking place at St. Thomas The Apostle Byzantine Catholic Church in Gilbert. It will be a traditional liturgical ceremony. Our ceremony will begin at 1pm and take about one hour and a half.

AT WHAT TIME SHOULD I BE AT RECEPTION?

Please plan to be at our reception at 5pm and before 5:30pm to see the grand entance. Dinnner will start to be served at 6pm.

HOW LATE WILL THE RECEPTION GO?

Our reception is expected to end at midnight.

ARE CHILDREN INVITED?

Children are welcomed to attend our wedding reception and ceremony. We do ask parents to please be mindful of their children as they attend the event.

CAN I BRING A PLUS ONE?

Yes you can bring a plus one to our wedding with an the exception for families who can bring more than one. For families, when completing your RSVP, please make sure to count children over the age of 2.

CAN I TAKE PICTURES OF THE RECEPTION OR CEREMONY AND POST THEM ON SOCIAL MEDIA?

Feel free to take pictures throughout our wedding ceremony or reception and post them on social media. I do ask that you also tag us by using our wedding hashtags and share those pictures with us by uploading them to our photos page. Our hashtags are: #MrAndMrsKaufman #HappilyEverKaufman #BodaKaufman

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I CAN'T MAKE IT OR IF PLANS CHANGE?

If you haven't RSVP'd yet you can let us know you aren't able to make it by responding to your RSVP via mail or our RSVP page. If you have already responded to the RSVP and have a change of plans, you can update your RSVP response at any time at our RSVP page.

WHAT IS THE DEADLINE TO MAIL BACK OR RESPOND TO MY RSVP?

Please respond to your RSVP by Sept 15 so we can get an accurate count of how many attendees we'll be having.

CAN I EARLY RSVP?

Yes, you can early RSVP online only at our RSVP page. Please use the name found in your RSVP card that was sent with our "Save the Date".

WILL THERE BE VEGAN, VEGETARIAN, OR GLUTEN FREE OPTIONS ON THE MENU?

We have gluten free options only on our menu.
